Answer: (1) Fault phenomenon. One or more air compressors trip and stop during normal operation, or the air compressor trips and stops again within a short period of time after starting.
(2) Cause analysis.
1) Abnormal motor voltage and power supply voltage;
2) The exhaust pressure of the unit exceeds the rated pressure, and the motor is overloaded, causing the motor thermocouple to operate;
3) The lubricating oil specification is incorrect, the lubrication effect is poor, and the motor is overloaded, causing the motor thermocouple to operate;
4) The oil separator is blocked (the lubricating oil pressure is high), causing the oil separator to operate due to large pressure difference protection, or the motor is overloaded, causing the motor thermocouple to operate;
5) Compressor body failure, such as rotor carbon deposition, friction, foreign matter entering, etc.;
6) Poor line, loose wiring, contactor failure;
7) High exhaust temperature failure;
8) Oil cut-off solenoid valve failure;
9) Check whether the pressure setting is reasonable.
(3) Elimination method
1) Check the power supply and voltage of the motor;
2) Check the pressure gauge. If the pressure exceeds the set pressure, adjust the pressure switch;
3) Check the oil number and replace the oil;
4) Replace the oil fine separator;
5) Turn the hand plate. If it cannot be turned, repair the main engine. If the main engine fails during the warranty period, contact the manufacturer for processing;
6) Repair or replace;
7) Check the cooling water and clean the cooler;
8) Clean or replace the oil cut-off solenoid valve;
9) Check whether the upper limit setting of the pressure switch is too low, or the upper limit setting of the pressure switch is lower than the shutdown pressure set by the air compressor control cabinet.
