6-36 Why should the exhaust port of the discharge solenoid valve be modified?

Modify the exhaust port of the discharge solenoid valve to prevent oil stains, premature aging, reduced heat dissipation, and machine shutdown.
Case Details

Answer: Because the air compressor oil and gas separation is not complete, the air compressor exhaust contains a small amount of oil molecules. The long-term discharge of residual gas by the discharge solenoid valve will cause the compressor host, motor, radiator, etc. to be covered with oil stains. It will not only affect the cleanliness of the whole machine and cause the rubber components to age prematurely, but also cause the heat dissipation effect to decrease, the temperature to rise, and the machine to shut down. Some exhaust ports are set at the compressor inlet, and the oil molecules in the air will reduce the service life of the air filter element. For this reason, you can connect another rubber tube to cover the exhaust port and discharge the residual gas to the outside of the air compressor.
